Customer Reviews
Good e-bike, clear process
I ordered a DYU D3F last week and it arrived in about 5 days to San Jose. The packaging was solid, and the bike was mostly assembled, just needed to attach the pedals and adjust the seat, which was pretty straightforward with the included tools. I had a question about the battery warranty and used their online chat; the response was quick and helpful. The ride is comfortable for city streets, and the battery life seems accurate to what they advertised. A solid choice for urban commuting.
Great value, worth it
I was looking for a budget-friendly e-bike and found the DYU A5 during their summer sale. I got a pretty good deal, saved about 100 Euros which was nice. It arrived quicker than I expected. The bike itself feels sturdy for the price I paid. I was a bit skeptical about ordering an e-bike online but it turned out to be a really good purchase. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
Reliable for daily commute
This is my third DYU bike – I started with a D3+, then got an A5 for my partner, and now picked up a T1. They've been consistently good. The T1 is lighter than my old D3+, which is a plus for carrying it up stairs. Always dependable, battery life holds up well over time. Shipping is usually pretty fast, and I've never had any major issues with any of the bikes. It's why I keep coming back.
DYU C6 is fantastic!
Oh my goodness, I just got my DYU C6 and it's incredible! The folding mechanism is so smooth, and it rides like a dream. I used it for my commute yesterday and it made such a difference. I'm definitely going to recommend this to all my friends! Can't wait to buy accessories from them next time!
Nice little city bike
Got the DYU V1 a couple weeks ago. It's a neat little bike, super easy to fold up and stash. I've been using it for short trips around town, like to the store or meeting friends. It handles pretty well, and the motor gives a good boost when you need it. No complaints really, just a smooth ride. Makes getting around a lot easier than walking or driving everywhere.

Thinking about a DYU C6 but also looking at a Fiido. Any big differences or reasons to pick DYU over Fiido for city riding?
hey planning to get a DYU for my commute in NYC, how long does shipping usually take to the US? Wondering if I should just buy it locally if it's gonna be super slow.
Anyone know if the student discount applies to all models, or just specific ones? Looking at the D3F but also maybe the A5.
How are returns with DYU? Just in case I don't love it, is it a big hassle or pretty straightforward?
Can you stack discount codes on their site? Like if I have a newsletter one and find another random one?
